HIGH SPEED THREADING ATTACHMENT
FAST ACCURATE PITCHES
The ‘Ainjest’ allows threads to be cut at the high turning speeds applicable to Tungsten Carbide tooling. Screwthreads 3mm pitch, 50mm diameter can be cut at 500 r.p.m. And this is typical of production rates which can be achieved.
. Contains own leadscrew nut andengagement mechanism, no revolving dials to watch or need for manual co-ordination.
. Cuts threads tight to a shoulder at maximum speed, adjustable stop prevents risk of over run.
. Tool produces its own annular dwell groove at end of thread.
. Cuts internal pitches in blind holes without excessive undercutting.
. No restriction on length of thread cut.
. Leadnut cannot be engaged until knock off lever is correctly positioned.
